    Website copy, Wu Xing energy reports, crystal formation animations, and packaging artwork.

  • Technology:
    Blockchain authentication system (Patent Pending: US2025/STONESOUL01), energy-tracking algorithms.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action per DMCA §512 and Lanham Act §43(a).

2. Permitted Use with Conditions

You may share Stonesoul content only if:

✅ Non-Commercial:

✅ No Modification:
Do not alter product images/descriptions (e.g., removing NGTC certification seals).

Prohibited Without License:

❌ Using Wu Xing energy diagrams for commercial courses/books.
❌ Replicating product designs (≥60% similarity triggers infringement).

3. Reporting Infringements

Submit claims to: bmmarry@outlook.com with:

  • Proof of Ownership (e.g., trademark registration).

  • Infringing URL/Location.

  • Statement under Penalty of Perjury.

We Will:
🔒 Remove violating content within 48 business hours.
🔍 Pursue legal remedies for damages ≥$2,500 per violation (U.S. Copyright Act §504).

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) License

By tagging #StonesoulJourney or posting on stonesoul.net:

  • You grant Stonesoul non-exclusive rights to display UGC globally.

  • Stonesoul may edit UGC for technical compliance (e.g., sizing).

  • You retain ownership and may revoke rights via email request.

5. Third-Party IP Respect

We prohibit users from uploading content infringing others’ rights.
Counter-Notice Procedure:
